CAVCO maintains a comprehensive fleet of fusion machines, electrofusion processors, generators, and tooling. Our fusion machines consist of industry leading McElroy fusion machines, ranging from the 14 Pitbull to T630, T900 and T1200. This allows the fusion of pipe size ranging from 1 inch to 48 Inches.
In addition to equipment rental, we can also assist contractors with trained and qualified fusion operators and provide on-site training, instruction and certification to your designated technicians.

Small Diameter
CAVCO provides rentals for Small Diameter fusion machines. These machines are capable of fusing 1” through 8”. We offer manual machines, electric, hydraulic, wheeled and entirely self-contained.
Medium Diameter
CAVCO provides rentals for Medium Diameter fusion machines. These machines are capable of fusing 4” through 20”. We offer machines that are both wheeled or entirely self-contained on tracks.
Large Diameter
CAVCO provides rentals for Large Diameter fusion machines. These machines are capable of fusing 8” through 48”. Our large diameter machines are all entirely self-contained on tracks.

Accessories
CAVCO provides all of the necessary accessories that accompany the fusion equipment. Pipe stands, poly-horse, and the newest version of the Dataloggers, we can ensure you have the required equipment for the job!
Specialties
CAVCO also provides a range of specialty fusion equipment. From Electrofusion Processors to Extrusion Guns, Socket fusion equipment, and even Saddle fusion equipment. We have all the alternate fusion equipment you job may require!
